Hi! My name is Leonne Chang and I am a storyboard artist, director, and animator based in New York City.
I am currently a junior animation student at the School of Visual Arts, set to graduate in 2026. Outside of my work, you might find me spending all of my free time on my current obsession with a game or craft (right now, I am really into Animal Crossing New Horizons).
I have co-created the short film, Showtime!!, which was a part of the official selection for the Palm Springs Animation Festival 2024, a nominee for best animation for the Couch Film Festival 2023, a finalist at the Virginal Emerging Filmmakers Festival 2024, and a finalist for the New York Animation Film Awards (NYAFA) 2024. Since then, I have worked on a few short films that are still in the works and I am excited to share them soon!
Currently, I am looking for a part-time internship at an animation studio in order to gather experience for my future career, as well as any other opportunities that may come my way. You can contact me at leonnechang@gmail.com!
